We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, giving you three full months after receiving your order to reach out for help.

  2. Show Us the Issue
    Let us know what’s wrong and, if possible, attach a clear photo or video. This helps us understand the problem quickly and sometimes even provide an instant fix.
    Tip for PVC posters: Make sure you’re looking at the glossy front side. The matte back can sometimes look faded or mirrored.

  3. We’ll Make It Right
    Our team will review your request and figure out the best solution - whether that’s guidance on using the product, a free replacement, or a full refund.


Our Hassle-Free Policy
In most cases, if a refund or replacement is approved, you won’t need to return the item. Once everything is confirmed, our team will send you simple, clear instructions for the final step.


Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away using the steps above so we can fix it quickly.


Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Just keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post it.)
