Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. This is the time we need to prepare your order for shipment. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive another email with your tracking details.


International Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! Standard international delivery usually takes about 6–12 business days after your order has shipped.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


Please Keep in Mind
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unexpected events like severe weather or logistical disruptions.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If you notice an error (address, name, or contact details), reach out to us right away at support@nuedecor.com Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we can’t redirect it to a new address.


Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as “Lost” or “Missing,” or if it’s been 20 business days since you received your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@nuedecor.com We’ll investigate the issue and work with you on the next steps.
